TRAB is a registered Australian business.
We operate with a sourcing and operations team based in Seoul, South Korea, which allows us to closely work with Korean retailers and brands.

Can I request items not listed on TRAB?
Yes. Please use our CONTACT form to provide the product link or brand and item name.
We will check availability and let you know the price and order options.
How long will it take to get a reply?
We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received. Most inquiries are addressed within 24 hours during our business hours.
How long is the processing period?
Our processing time is 2–4 days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly and cancel the affected item.
A full refund for the unavailable item will be issued to the original payment method.
Will my order come in one package?
Depending on the size and contents of your order, it may be shipped in multiple packages.
If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each package.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@trab.com.au with your name, order number, and clear photos of the damaged item.

When will I get my order?
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Standard Shipping: approximately 12 to 19 business days
• Express Shipping: approximately 7 to 14 business days

Can I cancel or refund my order?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

Orders over AUD 1,000 may be subject to 10% GST and import duties depending on the product type, which are the customer’s responsibility.
