Refund and Return Policy

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


Exchanges

Product exchanges are not available under any circumstances.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Non-defective returns are accepted in the following cases:
• An incorrect item was shipped
• An item is missing
• The item does not match the order details or product description

All returns require prior written approval, are subject to review at TRAB’s sole discretion.

Returns must meet all of the following conditions:
• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip) is provided


How to Request a Return

  2. Return Authorization (RA)
    Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Prepare the return shipment
    • Securely pack the item in its original packaging
    • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package

Return Shipping

  • TRAB covers return shipping costs for approved returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items (via prepaid label or reimbursement).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • No restocking fees apply to approved returns.

Refund Processing

  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt
  • You will be notified by email once your return is received and reviewed
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 days after inspection approval
